The Roof is Almost Up
By 25 October 1997, the tar paper was up on the roof and the house was almost ready to be sealed. The weather was great, downright summery, and we got to watch dolphins playing from where the dining room will be.
The view from the street looks even more like a house, as the roof line is more distinct and a few of the windows are in place:

It's hard to do interior shots of any value, as they end up mainly looking like lots of two by fours. But I was pleased with the view that someone will see as he/she comes up the stairs:
